Terms & Conditions

Payment 1) Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Cancellations 1) We kindly ask for at least 2 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. 2) Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost, payable before future bookings can be made. Late Arrivals 1) If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete the groom safely. Collection Times 1) Please arrange any early drop-offs or late collections in advance. Dogs remaining with us for more than 30 minutes after their appointment may incur daycare fees. Late collection after closing time may also incur an additional fee. Fleas & Vaccinations 1) We recommend all dogs are kept up to date with vaccinations, flea treatments, and worming. Puppies are welcome after their second vaccination. 2) If fleas are discovered during your dog's appointment, a flea treatment bath will be required and a $10 fee will apply. Coat Maintenance & Matting 1) Regular grooming and home coat maintenance are essential for your dog's comfort and wellbeing. 2) Matted coats require additional time and care and may incur extra charges. In severe cases, clipping the coat short may be necessary to safely remove matting. Terms of Boarding Food 1) You're welcome to provide your dog's own food, or we can supply meals during their stay. Feeding charges may apply. 2) Bedding & Belongings Comfortable bedding is provided, however you're welcome to bring your dog's own bedding. Toys and personal items are brought at your own risk and cannot be guaranteed to be returned in their original condition. 3) Check-In & Check-Out Boarding check-in and collection times are between 9:00am–11:00am and 4:00pm–5:30pm. Alternative times must be arranged in advance and may incur a $5 fee. 4) Veterinary Care Your dog's safety and wellbeing are our priority. If veterinary treatment is required during their stay, we will seek appropriate care without delay. Any veterinary costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner. Right to Refuse Service 1) We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if we believe it cannot be completed safely or is not in the best interests of your dog's welfare.
